If Aegisrook isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying and you get back the full amount you paid. You don't need to give a reason.
Aegisrook has no free trial, so this guarantee is how you try it. A month is a fair test: the app needs a few weeks of your Mac's normal behaviour before its alerts mean much.
How to ask for a refund
Send us a message and choose A refund. Include the email address you used to buy, and your order number if you have it. You can also email hi@aegisrook.com from the address you used to buy.
After 30 days
We look at later requests case by case. If Aegisrook doesn't work as described on your Mac, tell us and we'll do our best to put it right.
How the money comes back
Purchases are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Refunds go back through Paddle to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
When a purchase is refunded, its licence stops working.
